Raymond is 8-2 against Epping since May of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Rams will head out on the road to take on the Blue Devils at 4:00 p.m. Raymond's pitching crew has only allowed 1.6 runs per game this season, so Epping's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Raymond is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of New Hampshire's top teams: Trinity, who was ranked seventh at the time (Raymond was ranked 12th). The Rams put the hurt on the Pioneers with a sharp 9-3 victory on Monday. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won five games by six runs or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Epping suffered their closest loss since May 13, 2025 on Monday. They fell just short of Portsmouth Christian Academy by a score of 3-1. The Blue Devils' defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Raymond pushed their record up to 6-1-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Epping, their loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 7-1 and their overall record down to 7-2.

Raymond got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in April against Epping by a conclusive 8-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rams since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
