High Tech NC waltzed into their game on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 6-5 W against the Chula Vista Learning Community Charter Cobras. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 8-5 on April 9th.

Aiden Butler was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run, one stolen base, and two RBI. That home run was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Matthew Larkins, who went 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI.

High Tech NC's victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-1. As for Chula Vista Learning Community Charter, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-5.

Looking ahead, High Tech NC will square off against Victory Christian Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Knights will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Raptor surely won't give up without a fight. As for Chula Vista Learning Community Charter, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Gompers Prep Academy at 3:00 p.m. on May 7.
