Volleyball Recap: Midland Comes Up Short

Midland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bellevue Comets.

Midland now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Bellevue, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 15-4.

Midland has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Maquoketa on the 27th. As for Bellevue, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Union on the 27th.
