Baseball Game Preview: Station Camp Bison vs. Seymour Eagles

The Station Camp Bison will venture away from home to take on the Seymour Eagles at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday. Station Camp is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Station Camp is headed into the game having just suffered their closest loss since April 18, 2024 on Tuesday. They fell just short of Goodpasture Christian by a score of 4-2.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Eagles on Tuesday. Seymour fell just short of Gibbs by a score of 7-6. Seymour hasn't had much luck with Gibbs recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Coby Johnson was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. He also hit a double, marking his first of the season. Reagan Patterson was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Seymour's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Station Camp, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.
