Basketball Recap: Gardendale's Undefeated Season over After Four Games

Gardendale was the 84-69 winner over McAdory when they last played one another back in December of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Rockets fell 73-65 to the Yellowjackets on Monday. The loss was the Rockets' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Gardendale fell to 3-1. As for McAdory, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 3-1.

Coming up, Gardendale will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Hueytown at 7:30 p.m. As for McAdory, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Hoover at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Yellowjackets will be up against the Buccaneers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 50.5 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
