Rancho Solano Prep is a perfect 3-0 against Red Rock since October of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Mustangs will head out to challenge the Scorpions at 5:00 p.m. Rancho Solano Prep will be strutting in after a victory while Red Rock will be coming in after a loss.

On Friday, Rancho Solano Prep was able to grind out a solid win over Horizon Honors, taking the game 3-1. The victory continues a trend for the Mustangs in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won three in a row.

Meanwhile, Red Rock was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to Anthem Prep. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Scorpions have suffered against the Eagles since September 19, 2017.

Rancho Solano Prep's win bumped their record up to 15-7. As for Red Rock, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.

Everything went Rancho Solano Prep's way against Red Rock in their previous matchup back in September of 2024, as Rancho Solano Prep made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Mustangs since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
