Middletown's match on Friday was close up to the half, but then they kicked things up a notch. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Hershey Trojans. The result was nothing new for Middletown, who have now won eight matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Sophia Romberger and Zoey Buffington scored all three of Middletown's goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.

The win made it two in a row for Middletown and bumps their season record up to 9-4-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored eight goals over those two contests. As for Hershey, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-11.

Coming up, Middletown will welcome Camp Hill at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Hershey, they will head out on the road to take on Lower Dauphin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
