League recap: Brazeal breaks off league-leading run for Moscow

Santa Fe Trail (8 Man) recap Oct. 3, 2012

Moscow's Brock Brazeal rumbled for the longest rushing play in Santa Fe Trail (8 Man) this season in his game against Ingalls last week. Brazeal scampered for 63 yards on the play and finished with 51 on the day as his team fell to the Bulldogs.

Moscow's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Lane Miller threw for 98 and two touchdowns and Rigo Bustillos had 84 yards receiving. On the ground Miller chipped in 80 yards. Brazeal helped Moscow's passing attack out by catching three balls for 12 yards.

Travis Johnson's team's Miller and Bustillos have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Miller has thrown for 403 yards this season, while Bustillos, a 6-foot-3 receiver, has 10 catches for 182 yards. Rolla's Kyler Telford leads the league in rushing yards with 872.

Brazeal broke off the longest rushing play in the league this week with a 63-yard scamper against Ingalls.
