Basketball Recap: South Heart Extends Winning Streak to Three

South Heart won against New England last Monday with 53 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. The South Heart Eagles beat the New England Tigers by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 53-47. The win was familiar territory for the Eagles, who have now won three matchups in a row.

South Heart's victory bumped their record up to 9-15. As for New England, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 5-17 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South Heart will venture away from home to challenge Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig/Mott-Regent] at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for New England, they are taking a road trip to face off against Flasher at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
