Volleyball Recap: Tift County Takes a Loss

Tift County lost against Valdosta back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Blue Devils took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats. The Blue Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Olivia Shen was the offensive standout of the game as she had six digs and two aces. What's more, she racked up 15 assists, the most she's had over her last seven matches.

Tift County's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Valdosta, their record is now 8-3.

Coming up, Tift County will challenge Warner Robins at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Valdosta, they have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Richmond Hill on the 26th.
