Soccer Game Preview: Grace Christian vs. North DeSoto + Official Tickets

The Grace Christian Warriors are taking a road trip to take on the North DeSoto Griffins at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Grace Christian will be strutting in after a victory while North DeSoto will be coming in after a loss.

Grace Christian will roll into the matchup after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one goal on Friday, then bounced right back against Ouachita Parish on Saturday. The Warriors were the clear victors by a 5-2 margin over the Lions. Considering Grace Christian's offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

They hit Ouachita Parish with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Brayden Eicemann (2), Blake Dennis (2), and Parker Eicemann.

Meanwhile, after soaring to eight goals the game before, North DeSoto was a bit more limited in their match on Thursday. They came up short against Calvary Baptist Academy, falling 7-1. The defeat continues a trend for North DeSoto in their meetings with Calvary Baptist Academy: they've now lost three in a row.

North DeSoto's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Grace Christian, their win bumped their record up to 2-0-2.

Everything went Grace Christian's way against North DeSoto when the teams last played back in November of 2024, as Grace Christian made off with a 4-0 victory. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Griffins have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
