Baseball Recap: George Washington Takes a Loss

If George Washington was feeling good fresh off their 20-0 takedown of Hinkley on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Patriots fell just short of the Vista PEAK Prep Bison by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The contest marked the Patriots' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

George Washington saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Adrian Reed, who went 1-for-3 with one run.

George Washington now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Vista PEAK Prep, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-9.
