Recap: Scales Mound Hornets vs. East Dubuque Warriors

If the Scales Mound Hornets were feeling good off their 66-22 takedown of the West Carroll Thunder last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Scales Mound took a 62-54 hit to the loss column at the hands of East Dubuque on Friday. Scales Mound was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as East Dubuque apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

Scales Mound will face off against Stockton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Scales Mound is facing Stockton at the right time seeing as Stockton is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for East Dubuque, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Warren at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Warren's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last five contests.
