Cypress Bay is a perfect 4-0 against Coral Springs since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Lightning will welcome the Colts at 4:30 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Cypress Bay comes in on three and Coral Springs on four.

On Monday, Cypress Bay was able to grind out a solid victory over Palmetto, taking the game 3-1.

Meanwhile, Coral Springs earned a 3-1 win over Pine Crest on Tuesday.

Coral Springs had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 17-25, 25-18, 25-21, 29-27.

Cypress Bay better keep an eye on Jayden Thomas. He was instrumental in Coral Springs' win, getting 23 digs. Those 23 digs gave Thomas a new career-high.

Coral Springs pushed their record up to 5-2 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Cypress Bay, their win bumped their record up to 13-5.

Cypress Bay took their victory against Coral Springs in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Do the Lightning have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Colts turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
