Basketball Recap: York Takes a Loss

York lost against Greely back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The York Wildcats fell 41-34 to the Greely Rangers. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

York's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Greely, the win snapped their losing streak at four games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-3 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. York and Lincoln Academy will compete for holiday cheer at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. Greely will take on Gardiner in a holiday battle at at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Greely has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
