Softball Recap: Central Takes a Loss

Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the East Buchanan Buccaneers, falling 11-5. The Warriors were not able to make up for their defeat to the Buccaneers from their previous meeting back in June of 2025.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for East Buchanan, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-6.

Coincidentally, Central and East Buchanan will both be playing Clayton-Ridge the next time they take the field. The Buccaneers will head out to face the Eagles on Saturday, while the Warriors will host them at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
