Basketball Recap: Toms River South Takes a Loss

Toms River South lost against Donovan Catholic back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Toms River South Indians received a blow as they fell 73-58 to the Donovan Catholic Griffins.

Toms River South dropped their record down to 1-6 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Donovan Catholic, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Toms River South will welcome Liberty at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Donovan Catholic, they will take on Southern Regional at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
