The win was a breath of fresh air for the Panthers as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Maplewood's victory bumped their record up to 4-9. As for Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Maplewood will head out to square off against Hume-Fogg at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet, they will venture away from home to face off against Glencliff at 6:00 p.m. on January 28th.
