Basketball Recap: John Glenn Comes Up Short

John Glenn played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 66-29 loss at the hands of the Kings Park Kingsmen. The Knights have struggled against the Kingsmen recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Riley Currier was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 16 points and 14 rebounds for Kings Park. Maddie DiRusso was another key player, putting up ten points and eight assists.

John Glenn's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Kings Park, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season.

John Glenn does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Kings Park has already played their next match (against Mount Sinai), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
