Baseball Recap: Paoli's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak at Home

Paoli was the 7-1 winner over Springs Valley when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Rams took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blackhawks on Monday.

Paoli saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aidan Hickman, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Paoli's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-6. As for Springs Valley, their win bumped their record up to 7-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Paoli will host West Washington at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Senators' pitching crew has only allowed 2.8 runs per game this season, so the Rams' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Springs Valley, they will welcome Northeast Dubois at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Jeeps will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something the Blackhawks surely won't give up without a fight.
