Softball Recap: Germantown Takes a Loss

Germantown lost against Greenville back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Clippers came up short against the Spartans, falling 22-3.

Germantown saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Adele Heuer, who scored two runs while going 1-for-1.

Germantown dropped their record down to 2-2 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Greenville, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Germantown will take on rival Chatham at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Greenville is set to challenge their familiar foe Watervliet at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
