Flag Football Recap: Troi Brown and Meg Robinson Lead the Defense for Bowdon Win

After losing to Villa Rica the last time they met, Bowdon decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Red Devils managed a 12-7 win over the Wildcats on Wednesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Red Devils.

Bowdon's victory bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Villa Rica, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bowdon will challenge Cedartown at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Red Devils will be up against the Bulldogs' rather soft defense (which has allowed 31.67 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Villa Rica, they will face off against Central at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Lions' defense has only allowed 13.6 points per game this season, so the Wildcats' offense will have their work cut out for them.
