Volleyball Game Preview: Algoma Wolves vs. Peshtigo Bulldogs

The Algoma Wolves are taking a road trip to take on the Peshtigo Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Algoma is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.

On Thursday, Algoma came up short against Sevastopol and fell 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-12, 19-25, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Peshtigo didn't have quite enough to beat Freedom on Saturday and fell 2-1. The loss continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their meetings with the Irish: they've now lost five in a row.

Peshtigo's defeat dropped their record down to 18-9. As for Algoma, their loss dropped their record down to 4-18.

Algoma suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Peshtigo when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Wolves avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
