Soccer Recap: Fulton Comes Up Short

Fulton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Southern Boone Eagles, falling 8-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Fulton of the 4-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Fulton's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Southern Boone, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-5.

Coincidentally, Fulton and Southern Boone will both be playing Father Tolton the next time they take the pitch. The Hornets will host Father Tolton at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Eagles will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
