McAllen not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since March 6th (when they won 12-2). They put the hurt on the McAllen Memorial Mustangs with a sharp 8-2 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 5-0 on Tuesday.

McAllen got a great performance from Sam De La Fuente as he struck out ten batters over 6.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off seven hits (and only one walk). Those ten strikeouts gave De La Fuente a new career-high.
