Basketball Recap: Canby Takes a Loss

Canby lost against La Salle back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Canby Cougars lost to the La Salle Falcons at home by a 55-40 margin.

Canby now has a losing record at 9-10. As for La Salle, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 12-8 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Canby will head out to take on Parkrose at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for La Salle, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Falcons face off against the Eagles at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in La Salle's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three games.
