Soccer Game Preview: Warren County vs. Ooltewah

The Warren County Pioneers & Lady Pioneers will take on the Ooltewah Owls at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The timing is sure in Warren County's favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while Ooltewah has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road.

Warren County will bounce into Thursday's matchup after beating Riverdale, who they had gone 0-4 against in their four prior meetings. The Pioneers & Lady Pioneers walked away with a 3-1 win over the Warriors on Thursday.

Meanwhile, it was a Battle of the Birds when Ooltewah faced off against Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts on Tuesday. The Owls lost 3-0 to the Eagles.

Ooltewah's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Warren County, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4-1 record this season.
