It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact DSST: College View can now relate to. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Severance Silver Knights on Thursday. The Wolves' loss signaled the end of their eight-game winning streak.

Diego Moreno paced DSST: College View's offense, picking up 21 kills. Moreno got some help from Manuel Munoz and his 33 assists. Finally, Munoz was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.

Zeke Wawrzyniak was nothing short of spectacular for Severance: he had 19 digs and two aces. Eli Osborne was another key player, getting 14 digs.

DSST: College View's defeat dropped their record down to 19-7. As for Severance, the victory (which was their 16th in a row) raised their record to 20-6.

DSST: College View has already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Lutheran on the 9th. As for Severance, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Regis Groff on the 9th.
