Volleyball Recap: Jefferson RISE Charter Comes Up Short

Jefferson RISE Charter was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 3-0 to Thomas Jefferson. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Jefferson RISE Charter of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Jefferson RISE Charter's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Thomas Jefferson, their win bumped their record up to 4-7.

Coming up, Jefferson RISE Charter will challenge L.W. Higgins at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Thomas Jefferson, they will host Houma Christian at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
