San Juan had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They put the hurt on the South Sevier Rams with a sharp 3-0 win on Friday. The Broncos haven't had any issues with the Rams recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Morgann Mcpherson paced San Juan's offense, picking up 19 kills. Mcpherson got some help from Keezie Flannery and her 36 assists. Flannery also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Keegan Palmer, each putting up two.

South Sevier's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Halle Mckinlay, who had 12 digs and one assist, and Alyson Moore, who had eight digs.

San Juan's win bumped their record up to 26-3. As for South Sevier, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-13.

San Juan didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Enterprise on the 25th. As for South Sevier, they have also already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Duchesne on the 25th.
