Softball Recap: Banks Comes Up Short

Banks fell victim to Scio and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 6-0 to the Loggers. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Braves were not able to get on the board.

Banks' defeat dropped their record down to 2-2-1. As for Scio, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

Looking ahead, Banks will face off against Astoria at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Astoria's pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so Banks' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
