Soccer Recap: West Florida Comes Up Short

West Florida was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 7-0 to the Booker T. Washington Wildcats. The Jaguars were not able to make up for their defeat to the Wildcats from their previous meeting back in January of 2024.

West Florida's loss dropped their record down to 1-9-1. As for Booker T. Washington, their victory bumped their record up to 3-7-2.

West Florida will square off against Mosley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Mosley's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Booker T. Washington, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Rocky Bayou Christian on the 9th.
