Volleyball Recap: Rhodes Comes Up Short

Rhodes entered their contest against Bard Early College on Monday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Rams lost 3-0 to the Raptors. The Rams were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Raptors earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

While Rhodes ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-20, 25-17.

Rhodes' defeat dropped their record down to 10-4. As for Bard Early College, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season.

Rhodes does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bard Early College, they will square off against John Hay at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
