Soccer Recap: Woodstock Takes a Loss

After soaring to six goals the game before, Woodstock was a bit more limited in their match on Monday. They came up short against the Prairie Ridge Wolves, falling 4-1. Woodstock were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Prairie Ridge apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2023.

Woodstock's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Prairie Ridge, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1-1.

Woodstock didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-1 win against Marengo on the 9th. As for Prairie Ridge, they have also already played their next game, a 1-1 draw against Grant Community on the 10th.
