Basketball Game Preview: Noble Bears vs. MacArthur Highlanders

Noble hasn't had much luck against MacArthur recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Noble Bears are taking a road trip to take on the MacArthur Highlanders at 7:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Last Saturday, Noble strolled past Duncan with points to spare, taking the game 63-47. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bears.

Meanwhile, MacArthur came tearing into Saturday's match with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28.8 points) and they left with even more momentum. They secured a 57-53 W over the Racers. That's two games straight that the Highlanders have won by exactly four points.

Noble's victory bumped their record up to 7-9. As for MacArthur, their win bumped their record up to 11-7.

Noble was dealt a bruising 77-46 loss at the hands of MacArthur in their previous meeting on January 7th. Can Noble avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
