Volleyball Recap: West Marion Has No Trouble Against Franklin County

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only West Marion walked away with it. They put the hurt on the Franklin County Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 win on Saturday.

While West Marion won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-10, 26-24.

West Marion is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record this season. As for Franklin County, their loss ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-4.

As of now, neither West Marion nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
