Soccer Recap: Chapman Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Chapman can now relate to. They came up short against the Christ Church Episcopal Cavaliers on Friday, falling 3-0. The match was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for Chapman it sure didn't stay that way.

Chapman's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-7. As for Christ Church Episcopal, they pushed their record up to 15-3-1 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home.

Chapman does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Christ Church Episcopal, they will welcome Southside Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Southside Christian will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Christ Church Episcopal surely won't give up without a fight.
