Softball Recap: Sentinel Spartans vs. Gallatin Raptors

With a playoff game on the line, Sentinel rose to the challenge on Friday. They had just enough and edged the Gallatin Raptors out 12-10. 12 seems to be a good number for Sentinel as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.

The team relied heavily on Brooklyn Wright, who went 4-for-5 with a home run and four runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Kennedy Dypwick, who scored two runs while going 2-for-5.

The win made it two in a row for Sentinel and bumps their season record up to 9-12. As for Gallatin, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-8.

Sentinel didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 12-2 loss vs. Glacier on the 24th. Gallatin does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
