Softball Recap: Peck Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Victory

Peck won against Caseville last Monday with 11 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Monday. The Pirates never let the Carsonville-Port Sanilac Tigers get on the board and left with an 11-0 victory. Fans of the Pirates have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 6+ runs.

Kendra Kosal was incredible, going 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Sydney Parker, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

The win was the fourth in a row (dating back to last season) for Peck, bringing their record up to 3-0. The team's perfect season has a lot to do with their hitting performance: the team's won by an average of 9.5 runs thus far. As for Carsonville-Port Sanilac, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Peck will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Tigers: the pair will be back at it again later today.
