Softball Recap: College Park Plays to a Tie

College Park's tournament run continued when they took on San Ramon Valley on Friday. Neither the Falcons nor the Wolves could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw. The contest marked the Falcons' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Savannah Wilson spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on four hits and racked up eight Ks. Those eight strikeouts set a new season-high mark for her.

College Park's tie gives them a new season record of 4-5-1. Meanwhile, San Ramon Valley's record is now 8-4-2.
