Football Recap: Indianola Academy Takes a Loss

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Indianola Academy and Carroll Academy meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Friday. The Colonels came up short against the Rebels, falling 49-27. That's two games in a row now that the Colonels have lost by exactly 22 points.

Indianola Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Carroll Academy, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-4.

Coming up, Indianola Academy will host Greenville Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Carroll Academy, they are taking a road trip to face off against Winston Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
