Football Game Recap: Wyandanch vs. Southampton/Pierson

After having lost a blowout in their contest last week, Wyandanch were happy to find some success on Saturday. They took the contest and then some with a 42-7 win on Saturday over Southampton/Pierson.the rankings were on Wyandanch's side, but they didn't forecast quite such a lopsided result

The victory bumped Wyandanch's record up to 4-2. Southampton/Pierson are on a four-game losing streak that has brought their record down to 1-5.

Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Wyandanch take on Hampton Bays at 7:00 PM. Hampton Bays are limping into the match on a five-game losing streak. Southampton/Pierson will be playing at home against Babylon at at 6:00 PM. Given that they both suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.
