River waltzed into their match on Friday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They put the hurt on the Beallsville Blue Devils with a sharp 12-3 win. That's more bragging rights for the Pilots, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

River pushed their record up to 11-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.5 runs over those games. As for Beallsville, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-13.
