Volleyball Recap: Providence Day Victorious + How To Watch

Providence Day posted their closest win since September 24, 2024 on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Panther Creek Catamounts 2-1. The win was some much needed relief for the Chargers as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Nina Geathers paced Providence Day's offense, picking up nine kills. Geathers got some help from Ella Buelow and her 24 assists. Buelow was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Providence Day's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Panther Creek, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Providence Day has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Millbrook on the 23rd. As for Panther Creek, they will challenge Green Level at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give the Catamounts their first taste of in-conference action this season.
