Baseball Recap: Seven Straight Home Victories for Archie Williams

Archie Williams got themselves on the board against Tamalpais on Thursday, but Tamalpais never followed suit. They had just enough and edged out the Red Tailed Hawks 2-0. This was a revenge game for the Peregrine Falcons: when they faced off against the Red Tailed Hawks on Tuesday, they had to take a 7-2 defeat.

Not much got past Wyatt Koenig, who gave up just four hits to keep Tamalpais off the board. Koenig has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one walk in six consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Archie Williams' win was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was August Block, who went 1-for-3 with one home run.

Archie Williams' victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-9.
