Volleyball Recap: St. Paul Lutheran Falls to Cole Camp in First Game of Season

St. Paul Lutheran had to start their season on the road on Monday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cole Camp Blue Birds. The Saints were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Blue Birds apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 22-25, 25-13, 25-15.

Cole Camp's victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.

St. Paul Lutheran didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Lafayette County on the 4th. As for Cole Camp, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Holden on the 2nd.
