Softball Recap: Hurley Takes a Loss

Hurley fell victim to Purdy and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Eagles, falling 13-0. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Hurley's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Purdy, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hurley will take on Marionville at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Purdy, they will challenge Lamar at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
