Basketball Recap: Nanih Waiya Takes a Loss

Nanih Waiya was the 54-43 winner over McAdams when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Nanih Waiya Warriors had to suffer through a 76-43 loss at the hands of the McAdams Bulldogs. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Warriors have suffered against the Bulldogs since February 18, 2019.

Nanih Waiya's loss dropped their record down to 17-7. As for McAdams, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matches, which provided a massive bump to their 18-10 record this season.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Nanih Waiya will look to defend their home court on Monday against Leake County at 7:00 p.m. As for McAdams, they will host Mount Olive at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
