Softball Recap: Huntland Hornets vs. Grundy County Yellowjackets

On Monday, Huntland got themselves on the board against Grundy County, but Grundy County never followed suit. Everything went their way against the Grundy County Yellowjackets as they made off with a 10-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for Huntland.

Isabelle Smith made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 11 over five innings pitched. Smith was also big at the plate, scoring three runs while going 2-for-2.
