After flying high against the Olympic Trojans last Tuesday, the North Mecklenburg Vikings came back down to earth. North Mecklenburg suffered a rough 10-1 loss at the hands of Piedmont on Thursday. Things were pretty much settled by the half as North Mecklenburg was already down 4-1.

As for Piedmont, they will head out on the road to take on Charlotte Country Day School at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Piedmont is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
